Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply structured change management approach for managing initiative-driven change
- Collaborate with VP, Change Management for change portfolio health and reporting
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, and change readiness assessment for strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of organizational change management experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification
- Experience managing change and assessing impacts using business analysis
- Experience facilitating and delivering complex change management initiatives
