Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager, responsible for driving end-to-end Change Management workstreams on critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify impacted audiences through stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments
• Partner with business owners to define adoption and success metrics
• Craft and execute holistic change strategies, including communication and training plans

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management
• Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Experience in program and project management
• Ability to adapt communication style for diverse audiences
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups
