Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager to lead and implement change management strategies in a technology transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies
• Lead comprehensive impact assessments to identify risks, opportunities, and readiness levels across affected stakeholder groups
• Create detailed change roadmaps, perform stakeholder analysis, and design communication strategies to manage narratives across multiple channels

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in change management with success in leading complex change initiatives
• Advanced certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, APMG)
• Experience managing change during organizational transformation and uncertainty
• Strong understanding of change management principles and proficiency with modern technologies
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies across multiple workstreams
