Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager (REMOTE - EASTERN/CENTRAL TIME PREFERRED).

Key Responsibilities

• Apply structured change management approaches for organizational transformation and culture change
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and present actionable findings to inform decision-making
• Develop initiative-specific change plans and facilitate training activities for all levels within the organization

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of organizational change management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification
• Experience managing change and using business analysis to assess impacts
• Data analytic skills and experience facilitating complex change management initiatives
