Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Change Manager for a 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the centralized change management policy and processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
• Chair the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and document outcomes for stakeholder distribution
• Produce regular change management reports and drive resolution of process gaps and recurring change failures

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT change management or related ITSM roles
• Experience with formal change management processes in cloud-hosted SaaS or enterprise IT environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with ITSM and change management tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
• Experience working in a HIPAA-regulated or compliance-driven environment
