Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager to oversee the centralized change management framework and ensure controlled changes to production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the centralized change management policy and processes in alignment with ITIL best practices
• Chair the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and manage the emergency change process for production hotfixes
• Produce regular change management reports and drive continuous improvement in change management practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT change management or related ITSM role
• Experience with formal change management processes in cloud-hosted SaaS or enterprise IT environments
• Strong understanding of ITIL change management principles and best practices
• Familiarity with ITSM and change management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
• Experience in a HIPAA-regulated or compliance-driven environment
