Job Summary
A company is looking for a Change Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate change requests across different business calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Analyze change requests to ensure all required details and approvals are in place before presenting them for review
- Drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years in a professional environment
- 3+ years in an IT/ITSM environment with direct change lifecycle exposure
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred but demonstrated awareness of the ITIL Framework is required
- Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira preferred
