Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate change requests across different business calendars to avoid conflicts and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze change requests to ensure all required details and approvals are in place before presenting them for review
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years in a professional environment
  • 3+ years in an IT/ITSM environment with direct change lifecycle exposure
  • ITIL Foundation Certification preferred but demonstrated awareness of the ITIL Framework is required
  • Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira preferred
