Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager to support change readiness and adoption activities related to the Digital Trust initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a change management strategy aligned with project objectives
  • Assess organizational readiness and identify change impacts across stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate collaboration between various teams and develop tailored communication plans
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a two-year Community College Diploma with relevant experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a lead Change Manager on medium to large-scale transformational projects
  • Experience in projects that span multiple business units and involve coordination with over eight project participants
  • Ability to lead organizational change initiatives in high-impact, cross-functional programs, preferably in cybersecurity or technology
  • Certification in a recognized change management methodology is preferred
