Job Summary
To support a growing Global Business Services team, the full-time Change Manager will utilize a consistent change management framework to reduce resistance, communicate enterprise shifts, and maximize solution adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build internal organizational capabilities through coaching, training, and best practice sharing to foster agility
- Collaborate with project teams and business leaders globally to assess change impacts and align approaches with digital transformation goals
- Create communication materials that articulate organizational shifts and promote User Experience enhancements for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated change management role
- Strong knowledge of change management frameworks such as Prosci and the ADKAR model
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple large, time-sensitive initiatives across global, cross-functional domains
- Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging Artificial Intelligence tools for communication efficiency and training delivery
