Job Summary

Leading multiple organizational change initiatives, the full-time remote Change Manager will develop and execute change management strategies, manage project activities, and create communication and training materials to support business and technology transformation projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead project management activities, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and status reporting
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including stakeholder assessments and readiness plans
  • Create and deliver communication materials and training resources to facilitate user adoption and engagement
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management with direct project delivery ownership
  • Industry knowledge in environmental and/or industrial services is highly desired
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent change management certification required
  • Experience with system implementations (e.g., CRM, HRMS, ERP) and change management communications
  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
