Job Summary
Driving successful adoption of strategic changes, the full-time Change Manager will partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to implement and sustain organizational, process, and technology changes in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to define and monitor change success metrics
- Conduct change readiness assessments and implement strategies to promote adoption and mitigate resistance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience leading change management for complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of change management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Experience working in matrixed, global organizations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
