Job Summary
Leading Organizational Change Management activities, the remote contract Change Manager will develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for a complex enterprise transformation program.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across a complex enterprise transformation program
- Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Drive business readiness, change adoption, training readiness, and user enablement efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in Project Management, Change Management, Transformation, or Program Management
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
- Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Experience with Prosci, ADKAR, or similar change management frameworks
