Key Responsibilities

• Conduct impact, stakeholder, and organization analyses to determine program scope and receptivity
• Develop and execute change strategies to drive product adoption and enhance employee experience
• Collaborate with business leads and product managers to ensure cohesive change and adoption approaches

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in change, strategy, and/or transformation roles, preferably in consultancy
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Proven track record of executing complex, high-profile strategic programs
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and creative development skills
