A company is looking for a Change Manager - Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change and communication tools for successful employee adoption
• Develop change management plans using structured methodologies aligned with program goals
• Create training content and communications to support leadership messaging and employee engagement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management focused on finance process and automation programs
• Experience with enterprise finance software and finance-oriented AI tools is highly preferred
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies; Prosci certification preferred
• Experience in developing multimedia training and communication content
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint
