Change Manager for Project Cascadia

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Migrations Change Manager, TPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with project phases and milestones
• Conduct change impact assessments and translate complex changes into actionable implications for internal teams
• Manage internal communications and support operational enablement to drive sustainable adoption of new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of experience in organizational change management within large-scale transformations
• Experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or regulated environments preferred
• Familiarity with large system migrations and enterprise platform transformations preferred
• Experience partnering with PMO/TMO and senior leadership teams preferred
