Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the hybrid Change Manager / Project Manager will develop and execute change management strategies while leading project planning and execution to enhance organizational change capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support project objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment on deliverables
- Conduct impact assessments and create stakeholder engagement and training plans to promote change adoption
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in project management and change management
- Experience in a startup or growing company building change management as a new discipline
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and change management frameworks
- Proficiency in project and change management software and tools
