Change Manager, Prosci Certified
Job Summary
To support an enterprise cross-functional PMO team, the remote Change Manager, Prosci Certified will develop and integrate change management best practices for various program initiatives, requiring travel to Houston, TX once a month.
Key responsibilities
- Establish change management best practices and frameworks, utilizing the PROSCI ADKAR model
- Design and develop change management tools and techniques across multiple departments
- Provide guidance on change management best practices and develop effective communication content for stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of change management experience in complex enterprise organizations
- Prosci certification is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior consulting experience and/or experience in a developing PMO environment is preferred
- Industry experience in energy, oil, and/or gas is advantageous
