Key Responsibilities:

Implement organizational change management activities and initiatives
Develop communication plans and stakeholder strategies for enterprise-level initiatives
Lead change management activities by applying structured methodology, assessing change impact, user readiness, and communication strategy

Required Qualifications:

10 years of relevant experience in implementing OCM for enterprise-wide initiatives
Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
Bachelor's degree with experience leading changes in organizations related to IT infrastructure, applications, PMO processes, or governance changes
PROSCI certification
