Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager S2P.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement organizational change management activities and initiatives
  • Develop communication plans and stakeholder strategies for enterprise-level initiatives
  • Lead change management activities by applying structured methodology, assessing change impact, user readiness, and communication strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • 10 years of relevant experience in implementing OCM for enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree with experience leading changes in organizations related to IT infrastructure, applications, PMO processes, or governance changes
  • PROSCI certification
