Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager supporting IT PMO for a remote 6-month contract position with a possible extension.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement organizational change management activities and initiatives
Develop communications to help with stakeholder awareness and adoption
Lead change management activities, assessing change impact and developing plans to address gaps

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 10 years relevant experience leading changes in organization
PROSCI certification or CCMP
Experience with large-scale enterprise change adoption and understanding of the change lifecycle
Experience creating content for OCM initiatives for communication
Ability to develop executive-level presentations for EVP and Board level audiences
