Change Order Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the clients' contractual change order process, the remote Change Order Analyst will evaluate entitlement, assess commercial reasonableness, and analyze cost/schedule impacts of EPC Contract or CMA changes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the change order management process for selected projects
• Administer change management procedures and evaluate change requests for scope, schedule, budget, and KPI impacts
• Prepare written recommendations and supporting documentation for the Project Director of Construction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, business, or related field, or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience evaluating construction change orders and commercial impacts on large projects
• Strong understanding of contract entitlement, cost review, and schedule impact assessment
• Ability to collaborate with project controls, schedulers, legal, and commercial teams
• Strong analytical writing and negotiation support skills
