A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring all patient information is accurate
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments while communicating with patients and case managers
• Maintain compliance with internal and external regulations while meeting performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of home health or DME-related experience preferred
• Understanding of insurance processes is a plus
