- Verify insurance coverage and process payments while addressing patient needs

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of insurance and payor portals
- Experience in Home Health/DME is preferred
