  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments while addressing patient needs

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of insurance and payor portals
  • Experience in Home Health/DME is preferred
