Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring all patient information is accurate
• Verify insurance coverage and process payments while addressing patient needs
• Communicate with other departments to resolve patient concerns and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of insurance and payor portals
• Experience in Home Health/DME is preferred
