Change Order Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete change order paperwork, including verifying prescription and authorization validity
• Communicate with patients and case managers regarding insurance coverage and benefit information
• Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate
• A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Knowledge of insurance and payor portal navigation
• Experience in home health or DME is preferred
