Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Change Order Supervisor will manage daily operations, oversee team performance, and ensure compliance while processing changes to patient plans of care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Change Order team members through training and feedback
• Manage daily workflows and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of Change Order processes
• Analyze team metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of management experience required
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
