Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in driving projects requiring behavior change
• Strong leadership presence and ability to communicate effectively across all levels
• Experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans
• Ability to navigate complex problems and identify blockers to behavior adoption
• Knowledge of change management principles and systems thinking
