Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day system performance, issues, and enhancements
Troubleshoot defects, identify root causes, and implement fixes
Support SDLC processes and manage incoming change requests

Required Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on ChangePoint administration experience
Strong backend/data experience within ChangePoint
Experience building or maintaining integrations
Development experience with tools like C#, SSMS, Excel, and Visual Studio
Familiarity with SDLC environments (Agile and/or Waterfall)
