Job Summary
Managing strategic relationships with key Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, the full-time remote Channel Account Executive will develop joint business plans, drive revenue growth, and support complex customer deals to enhance Sophos' market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop relationships across partner organizations to drive revenue growth and profitability, particularly for MSP and Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
- Analyze partner business metrics to influence joint business planning and identify opportunities for growth
- Enable partners to leverage Sophos' solutions and services, ensuring high renewal rates and effective engagement plans
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in MSP Partner Management in Southern Europe
- Proven ability to develop business plans and service offerings with MSPs
- Strong understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and commercial model integration
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and building key C-level relationships
- Fluency in both spoken and written Business English and Business French
