Job Summary

Building and managing a productive partner ecosystem, the remote Channel Account Executive will recruit and enable new partners, oversee existing relationships, and drive channel revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize underperforming partners while developing strategies to enhance their productivity
  • Recruit and onboard new partners, including VARs, MSPs, and education-focused distributors, to expand market reach
  • Manage forecasting and pipeline activities using Salesforce, collaborating closely with direct sales and customer success teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS channel or partner sales with a proven track record of quota attainment
  • Familiarity with managing a tiered partner ecosystem, including VARs, MSPs, and distributors
  • Experience in IT training, education, or workforce development is highly preferred
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a growth-stage environment and adapt processes as needed
  • Proficient in Salesforce for effective pipeline management
