Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager to support strategic partners in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute joint business plans for large-scale UC, Contact Center, and AI-enhanced CX projects
  • Drive partner focus on enterprise use cases such as cloud migrations and hybrid workforce optimization
  • Lead strategic planning with partner executives to align go-to-market strategies and identify CX opportunities


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in enterprise telecommunications or related technology
  • Proven success in channel-led enterprise sales and large transformation engagements
  • Experience with UC/UCaaS, Contact Center platforms, and AI-supported customer experience technologies
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management
