Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager to drive partner business growth and manage relationships with key channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners while developing relationships within partner organizations
  • Facilitate interactions between NetBox Labs and partner technical teams, maintaining executive relationships
  • Maintain a robust partner pipeline and ensure accurate reporting within the CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of channel sales experience, particularly with VARs, SIs, and technology partners in the B2B high-tech sector
  • Proven success in managing partner portfolios with measurable revenue impacts
  • Understanding of partner business models and sales cycles
  • Experience with partner tools like PRM systems and CRM (preferably Hubspot)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence partner executives and stakeholders
