Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
  • Work with partners to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and grow partner adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Passionate about working in the partner community and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently and effectively
