Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager II, Service Provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Work with partners to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and partner adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contacts within assigned partner organizations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, Channel or Direct Sales roles
- Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Passionate about advocating for partners and providing cybersecurity solutions
- Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently
