Job Summary

To expand the partner ecosystem in North America, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new resellers while collaborating with distributors to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with distributors to manage a network of resellers in North America, focusing on the Eastern territory
  • Identify and recruit prospective resellers aligned with target markets and commercial client needs
  • Onboard and enable new resellers by providing training, resources, and support for effective marketing and sales
Required qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in channel sales, preferably in the software industry with 2-Tier distribution relationships
  • Understanding of the Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and AI/ML market space
  • Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new channel partners
  • Strong partner rolodex with C-level relationships
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce)
