Job Summary

To support the growth of the EMEA region, the remote Channel Account Manager will drive customer loyalty, renewals, and satisfaction while engaging with customers and third-party reseller partners to ensure success across the Huntress platform.

Key responsibilities:
  • Work with customers as a trusted advisor to enhance satisfaction and solution adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations
  • Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer/partner success, account management, or sales roles focused on mid-market and below
  • Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Passion for working with both customers and partners
  • Strong bias to action with an ability to execute efficiently and effectively
