Job Summary
To support a growing team in the UK and Ireland, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will drive customer loyalty, renewals, and satisfaction while engaging with customers and third-party reseller partners to ensure post-sales success.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with customers as a trusted advisor to enhance satisfaction and solution adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned customer organizations
- Contribute to team goals around retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Direct Sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
- Strong experience in SaaS, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Passion for working with both customers and partners
- Strong bias to action and ability to execute efficiently and effectively
