Job Summary

Driving revenue through partner engagement and retention, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will achieve quotas, serve as a trusted advisor to partners, and build strong relationships within assigned partner organizations.

Key responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed quotas based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
  • Work with partners to deliver solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and partner adoption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer or Partner success, or Channel Sales roles
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Passion for working in the partner community and providing meaningful cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong bias to action with an ability to execute efficiently and effectively
