Job Summary
Focused on engaging new and existing customers, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will become an Absolute subject matter expert, manage customer enablement, and drive activations and renewals of Absolute solutions while collaborating with sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Become an Absolute subject matter expert and deliver compelling product overviews to customers
- Manage customer enablement, driving activations and renewals while providing relevant educational content
- Collaborate with Absolute and CDW sales teams to achieve assigned sales goals and prepare status reports
Required qualifications
- Previous experience working with CDW
- Knowledge of general IT practices and/or endpoint security
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent
- Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Strong aptitude for technology and desire to learn new software
