Job Summary

Focused on developing and scaling Sophos' Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem across ASEAN, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will recruit and onboard new MSP partners, drive recurring revenue growth, and enable partners to deliver profitable cybersecurity services.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit and onboard new MSP partners while activating dormant partners into revenue-generating MSPs
  • Own monthly recurring revenue (MRR) growth and drive cross-sell of key solutions within assigned MSP partners
  • Deliver structured onboarding and conduct regular business reviews to ensure partner engagement and readiness
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, inside sales, or partner development
  • Experience in high-volume SMB or mid-market environments
  • Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or SaaS consumption models
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Understanding of recurring-revenue or consumption-based sales models
