Job Summary
To drive Annual Recurring Revenue growth, the full-time remote Channel Account Manager will manage relationships with partners and customers, focusing on cross-selling products, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned quotas based on expansion metrics and renewal rates
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, enhancing customer satisfaction and service quality
- Execute a customer and partner engagement process to ensure effective communication
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management and Direct Sales roles, preferably in mid-market
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong bias to action with an ability to efficiently deliver results
