Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Account Manager Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage end-to-end enablement programs, including onboarding and continuous education
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to execute and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Facilitate sales skills training and coach CAMs on sales processes and new rollouts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, or Sales
  • Solid understanding of the partner ecosystem and its impact on revenue and customer outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of sales skills training and best practices for facilitating engaging sessions
