Job Summary
Driving growth and performance, the full-time Channel Development Manager will optimize the distributor network for ABB Robotics, focusing on channel strategy, partner success, and revenue acceleration, with opportunities available in Dallas, Denver, or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute regional channel strategy and identify gaps in market coverage to recruit new distributor partners
- Lead quarterly business reviews with key distributors and establish performance metrics and growth targets
- Support onboarding of new distributors and ensure they are trained on products and sales processes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in industrial sales, preferably in automation and robotics
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel as required for customer interactions
- Residence within the defined geographic area
