Job Summary
To formalize and scale the company's channel and alliances program, the full-time remote Channel Director will manage strategic national partnerships, drive regional partner activation, and develop a structured channel operating model.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and implement a tiered partner program and establish a partner engagement framework
- Build and deepen relationships with key national partners to drive large services engagements
- Strengthen regional VAR and services partner relationships through enablement sessions and pipeline generation campaigns
Required qualifications:
- 4-8+ years in channel or alliances roles within a MSSP environment offering security solutions
- Experience working with VARs, national integrators, or security partners
- Proven track record in building partner programs from the ground up
- Strong skills in executive relationship development and partner enablement
- Ability to drive pipeline development and collaborate cross-functionally
