Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy
- Design and deliver training programs for channel partners
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel enablement strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with training and development, including instructional design
