Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Enablement Director who will lead channel enablement initiatives to drive partner success and enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel enablement strategy aligned with company goals
  • Design and deliver training programs and maintain training resources for channel partners
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of channel enablement initiatives and analyze partner performance data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or enablement
  • Proven track record of successful channel enablement strategy development and execution
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience with training and development, including instructional design
