Channel Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Channel Enablement & Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and run end-to-end partner enablement and certification programs across North America
• Develop and maintain structured training curricula, learning paths, and certification content
• Track and report on enablement and certification metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 6-10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, training, or sales enablement within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Hands-on experience building and managing partner training and certification programs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Services, and Channel teams
• Excellent program management and execution skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
