Job Summary
A company is looking for a Channel Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between business, marketing, and technology teams to enhance customer acquisition strategies
- Develop and implement B2C customer acquisition strategies across various channels to achieve growth targets
- Manage operational processes to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to order completion
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2C channel management, marketing, or business development, preferably in Telecommunications, ISP, or SaaS
- Understanding of APIs, CRMs (Salesforce), and web analytics (Google Analytics) to support sales funnel optimization
- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI) for data-driven decision making
- Demonstrated project management skills, leading cross-functional meetings effectively
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a business audience and vice versa
