Job Summary

Channel Manager, responsible for driving new-logo growth through indirect sales channels by managing relationships with strategic partners, in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage relationships with key TSDs and sub-agents within the channel ecosystem
  • Lead the partner-led sales cycle from opportunity through close, including expansion negotiations
  • Coordinate company engagement on partner-generated deals and maintain current CRM data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of Channel sales experience in the Telecommunications industry
  • Professional experience within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development
  • Experience negotiating with partners or customers in complex sales environments
