Job Summary
Driving channel partnerships for the downmarket region, the full-time Channel Manager will manage partner relationships, co-sell with Account Executives, and activate sales-oriented partners to accelerate revenue growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive net new pipeline and ARR for the downmarket segment through channel partners
- Co-sell with Account Executives to close partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing partners while onboarding and enabling them to close deals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of channel partner experience in software/SaaS
- Co-selling experience with direct sales teams
- Strong understanding of IT Service Providers and the IT Channel
- Proactive self-starter with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
