Job Summary
Driving new business activity, the full-time Channel Manager will manage a national production quota focused on generating qualified opportunities and increasing proposal volume through strategic channel partnerships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a national production quota tied to activity generation and proposal flow
- Drive targeted outbound activity to build pipeline and enhance proposal flow across channel partnerships
- Develop and execute channel strategies in collaboration with the Sales team to support new business growth
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, or retirement/financial services
- Experience working with advisors, wholesalers, or distribution partners preferred
- Knowledge of defined contribution/retirement plan services strongly preferred
- Experience using CRM or pipeline management tools preferred
