Channel Manager - Anchors & Fasteners

Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Channel Manager - Anchors & Fasteners, the candidate will manage strategic marketing activities, oversee profitability and promotional strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives within the C&I channel.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate marketing activities to achieve business operating plans for Anchors and Fasteners
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to develop and present new product and promotional strategies to buyers
• Analyze market data and track program effectiveness to recommend improvements and maximize sales profitability

Required qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in Product, Sales, and/or Marketing within the Retail space
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SalesForce and SAP is a plus
• Solid analytical skills with an understanding of key business and financial metrics
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and margin improvement
